A FEW TIPS FOR A MORE ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE
Your first visit
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to fill out a questionnaire.
This questionnaire is for your safety and will help us to give you optimum treatment results.
It will alert us to any medical conditions you may have and provide us with the information
we need to successfully treat the client. All information is confidential.
For each visit
To ensure that your visit is comfortable, relaxing and effective, we ask that you turn
off your cell phone, take off all jewelry and refrain from wearing strong perfume or cologne.
Please arrive early, at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This way you
are not rushed, and you can fully relax.
Appointment and cancellation policy:
Due to the nature of our business, no-shows and late cancellations effect our practice
significantly. Therefore, we require 24-hour notice for all cancellations. Cancellations
made after the 24 hours are subject to a 50% charge of the service being cancelled.
In addition, a credit card will be required to reserve an appointment.
Gender issues:
If you have a preference for a male or female therapist, please indicate this at
the time of booking.
Privacy and modesty:
Our therapists are sensitive to privacy issues. Undergarments are your choice.
Health issues:
Please be open about your personal condition so that our therapists can plan accordingly.
High blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid imbalances, allergies, heart problems, pregnancy,
claustrophobia and other conditions require particular treatments and products. We want
you to have the best treatment custom tailored for your specific needs. Please do not be
afraid to speak up if you are experiencing any discomfort at all during treatments.
Food:
Should you eat before your appointment? Arrive satiated, but not overly full.
Gratuities:
Gratuities are customary for the services we provide and are greatly appreciated.
The standard gratuity is generally 15-20% of the service being provided. |
